## Main admin areas

The documented WordPress admin areas include Dashboard, Settings, Customers, Projects, Renewals, Finance, Offers, Tickets and Reports.

## Customer data

Customer cards are managed by the customer module. Related documented areas include credential/vault protection, financial agreements, Connector pairing data, documents and email history.

## Projects and support

The project module manages projects and progress. Ticket and rich-text modules support requests, replies, internal notes and attachments where enabled.

## Customer portal

Climenos provides a separate frontend customer portal through frontend logic, shortcodes and Elementor/Bricks integrations. Authorization must be enforced server-side, not only by hiding UI controls.
