## Connector problems

## Payment problems

First establish whether the issue concerns agency customer payments or a Climenos subscription purchase through Central. They are separate Stripe configurations and webhook flows.

## Licensing and updates

Confirm Central license state, entitlements and private updater connectivity before diagnosing premium feature availability.
